1. Acceptance

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that you accept this agreement and are authorized to act on behalf of yourself or your organization.

2. Service Usage

• You agree not to misuse the website or any of our digital services.
• All data provided by you must be accurate and up-to-date.

3. Payments & Billing

• Invoices are to be paid in advance, unless otherwise specified.
• Services will be paused for non-payment after 7 days of the due date.

4. Intellectual Property

• Deliverables become your property after full payment.
• Pre-built internal tools or frameworks remain property of Assist Nity unless licensed.

5. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of project data and communication.
• NDAs can be signed on request for added assurance.

6. Limitation of Liability

Assist Nity is not liable for indirect losses, delays due to external factors, or damages caused by client-side misuse of the deliverables.

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with written notice of 7 days.
• Final invoices must be cleared for handover of any assets or code.
